One event – multiple occurrences

You can copy events across different calendars. These copied events are linked to each other—see them as one event with multiple linked occurrences in other calendars. This means that any changes to the event’s title in one timeline will be reflected in all locations where that event appears.

This only applies to changes made in these event form fields:

• Title
• Date
• Tag
• Note

Groups, swimlanes and appearance are not linked in this way, allowing you to style the same event differently across various calendars.
